Custom is the right call if you want something that doesn't exist off the shelf, or made to a specific budget, stone, or design. People come to us for:

How custom works
Four steps. You approve each one before we move to the next.
1. Consultation. We talk through the piece, stone, metal, budget, and timeline — by text, email, or DM. You get a clear quote before anything moves forward.
2. Design & CAD. You'll see a 3D CAD rendering before anything is made. We refine it together until it's right. Nothing goes into production until you approve.
3. Production. Once you sign off, skilled jewelers cast the piece, set the stones, and finish it by hand. We keep you updated as it's built.
4. Delivery. Your finished piece is inspected, packaged, and shipped insured and tracked. You'll know exactly when it's arriving.
What you can choose
- Metal: 10K or 14K gold — yellow, white, or rose
- Stones: Lab-grown diamonds by carat, color, and clarity
- Design: Ring style, pendant shape, engraving, and detailing
- Size & fit: Ring size, chain length, bracelet length
How long it takes
Most custom pieces are completed in 3 to 6 weeks from the moment you approve the design, depending on complexity and stone sourcing. If you have a deadline, tell me up front and I'll be straight about whether it's realistic.
What custom costs
Pricing depends on the metal weight, the stones, and the complexity of the design, so every quote is specific to your piece. As a rough guide, custom projects typically start around $800 and up. You'll always get a clear, itemized quote before any work begins — and nothing is charged until you approve the design and the price.
A note on custom orders
Because custom pieces are made specifically for you, they're final sale and can't be returned or exchanged. That's exactly why we show you a CAD rendering and get your approval before anything is made. If a finished piece ever arrives damaged or not as agreed, contact me right away and I'll make it right.

How do I start? Send me a message with your idea — even a rough one, or a reference photo.
Do I have to pay before I see a design? You'll get a quote first. We finalize the CAD and price together, and you approve both before production.
Can you work to my budget? Yes. Tell me your budget up front and I'll design toward it.
Can you use a stone or piece I already own? Often, yes. Bring it up in the consultation.
Can I get it by a specific date? Tell me your deadline before we start and I'll be honest about whether it's doable.
Are custom pieces returnable? Custom pieces are final sale, which is why we get your design approval first. If anything arrives damaged or not as agreed, I'll make it right.
